A large Fortune 500 telecommunications corporation was able to successfully acquire a major high-tech company after winning in court. In the decision, the presiding judge stated the following in his finding of fact:

“The conclusions presented at trial by Morrow were fully supported by a detailed explanation of the analysis from which those conclusions were derived. . . Accordingly, the court finds Morrow’s report more credible and probative than that of [the other firm’s].”
